Return Policy

Wholesale and custom-made products are produced or prepared specifically for each confirmed order and are not eligible for general consumer-style returns. If products arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specification, notify us promptly with the order number, quantities and clear photos or video.

After verification, an appropriate B2B solution may include replacement, credit or another mutually agreed remedy. Claims remain subject to the confirmed quotation, sales contract and inspection terms.

Shipping Policy

Shipping method, trade terms, cost and delivery estimate are confirmed in each quotation or sales contract. Production and transit times vary by product, quantity, destination, customs clearance and carrier conditions.

Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and destination charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder or discuss available logistics options.
